About the project

Advanced Ground Solutions was devised as the new sub-brand of The Regional Group - a ground stabilisation company that focuses on rectifying foundational issues on homes in Western Australia.  

Considering that the brand was reliant on speaking to the typical middle class homemaker, it was important that there was an elevated sense of design and class

For this project, I also worked in collaboration with Bonfire to mitigate the effect on SEO rankings and with Lush The Content Agency to convey the values through the copy.

With the help of Lush The Content Agency, we related the brand persona with the ISTJ personality type. This type is personified by Denzel Washington, conjuring themes of stability, strength, trust and style. 

One of the challenges we faced with this project was that the groundwork imagery, whilst necessary to describe the different services, wasn't always attractive and fit in line with the overall brand. We were able to overcome some of these issues by recreating the services through simple line iconography. 

The launch of the website has received a great reception and the client has found that his enquiries have increased twofold bringing a value of over $100,000 in revenue within the first month. Not bad for a new brand.
